Kylie Kelce believes she “won Tinder” when she matched with her husband Jason Kelce on the app in 2015.
On the Not Gonna Liepodcast on Jan. 6, the 32-year-old opened up about her experience with online dating before she matched with the former Philadelphia Eagles center, noting she was “so glad I caught it on the front end.”
“I did not have any horror stories before I met Jason because I had never met up in person with someone from Tinder,” she explained. “My friends and I would sit around and swipe while sitting together as sort of a fun activity.”
She explained that when she was on dating apps 10 years ago, the people she would swipe left on were “gone forever” when you said no to them and made it a “different situation” while using them.

Kylie added that while swiping on Tinder “worked out great for me” and her other friends who ended up marrying people they met on the app, she doesn’t know that she “would recommend online dating in today’s online dating situation.”
“I do think there is a positive to the fact that you have so many options now,” she continued. “I think that maybe broadens your horizon or maybe [you end up] running into the exact same people on every app.”

Kylie previously opened up about meeting Jason on Tinder and their first date on the Kelce documentary on Amazon Prime in 2023. In the documentary, Kylie revealed she didn’t know she matched with an athlete since “none of his pictures showed Eagles football” and initially thought his profile was “a catfish.”
For their first date, Jason invited Kylie out to have drinks with his friends at a local bar and recalled it was “very much like love at first sight” when he first met her. “Right away when she walks in the door, the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen,” he explained in the documentary.
However, Kylie then revealed that 45 minutes into their first date, “he fell asleep at the bar, like just, out, like asleep, asleep.” But despite that faux-pas, Jason called and asked to “try again” and he “did much better” impressing her on their second date.

Since then, the pair got married in April 2018 and share three daughters, Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, Bennett, 1. The couple announced in November that they’re also expecting their fourth baby.
Kylie opened up about reluctantly embracing minivan life on Not Gonna Lieon Jan. 2 and listed them as one of her “ins” for the new year.
“Here’s the problem. I’m about to have four car seats, four, in one car, and we’re gonna do a little three-year commitment, guys,” she explained. “We’re gonna do three years. We’re gonna grind it out, and then we’re gonna pretend it never happened. Kay?”
“And for those of you who are minivan lovers, like my husband, and think that I’m gonna get a minivan, and then I’m gonna stick with the minivan, well, we’ll just have to wait and see,” she joked.
