Tyreek Hill faces a videotaped grilling over claims he shattered a plus-sized model’s leg despite telling a court that she’s only making the shock claim to boost her raunchy ‘giantess’ OnlyFans page.
Sophie Hall, 35, is suing the Miami Dolphins superstar for allegedly charging at her with such ‘crushing force’ during a backyard drill that fractured her right leg and left her needing reconstructive surgery last year.
But lawyers for Hill, 30, say her real goal is to generate ‘banner’ headlines on news websites to drum up business for her X-rated ‘Tall girl Sophie VIP’ profile.
Hall’s OnlyFans subscription account offers everything from ‘tall girl content, BBW, b/g, crushing, face-sitting, goddess worshipping’ and ‘giantess vids’ for $57.60 a year.
The 6ft 1in, 250lb-plus influencer – ‘Your favorite Blue eyed Tall Goddess with the most amazing curves’ – is offering a ‘free nude tape’ and a free 30-day trial to entice new subscribers.
She has already amassed more than three million followers across Instagram, X, and TikTok.
‘On certain of her accounts, they are member only, requiring the payment of money for monthly subscriptions. Her revenue and income rely heavily on her being seen by as many users as possible,’ wrote Hill’s lawyer, Robert Horwitz.
‘In regard to this case, it is clear that the plaintiff is highly motivated not only from getting money in this case, but to growing her online social influencer business.’
Hill’s legal team succeeded in blocking Hall’s attempt to file an amended complaint bolstered by clippings and references to his history of domestic violence incidents.
But the speedy wide receiver will nevertheless have to sit down for a videotaped deposition on December 3, according to court filings obtained by DailyMail.com.
Hall’s February complaint says Hill started sending her ‘flirtatious’ Instagram messages after she enrolled her ten-year-old son in the Tyreek Hill Football Camp in May last year.
He flew her to Florida on June 28 and invited her to ‘hang’ at his Southwest Ranches mansion, which boasts a spa, putting green, NBA regulation basketball court and a turf football field.
British-born Hall had never played football before but Hill suggested she join him for practice drills so she could learn more about the offensive lineman position her son plays.
She claims she ’caused Hill to be pushed backwards, garnering laughter from the witnesses present at the time, including the defendant’s mother, sister, friend and trainer.
‘Apparently embarrassed by his loss of stability as a result of contact by a woman during the ‘football play’, Mr. Hill’s attitude changed and he became angry.’
During the subsequent play ‘defendant Hill charged into her violently and with great force, resulting in significant and serious injuries,’ the suit adds.
‘The crushing force was so great that she sustained a right leg fracture, necessitating surgery with metal hardware implantation.’
Hall – who is three inches taller than Hill – says the gridiron star ‘downplayed’ her injury, offering her ice and a bed to lie in.
When she later informed him of the extent of her injuries the eight-time Pro Bowler brushed it off, according to court filings, responding via text: ‘Not a chance I just moved to fast around you.’
His lawyers point to text messages Hall sent Hill in the aftermath of the incident suggesting ‘she was having a great time’, stayed at his home for several more days and was even able to go fishing and four-wheeling, albeit with her leg in a brace.
They say Hall hurt herself tripping over a dog and was wearing inappropriate footwear that had caused her to fall and hurt herself on a previous trip to Puerto Rico.
‘I think I need to throw away those Gucci slides. That’s two injuries,’ Hall wrote to her sister.
She’s claiming damages in excess of $50,000 for negligence, battery and assault.
Nicknamed Cheetah because of his blistering speed, Hill has been dogged by controversies dating back to 2014 when he was kicked off the team at Oklahoma State and received three years’ probation for choking ex-fiancée Crystal Espinal while she was pregnant with their first son, Zev Carter.
In 2019 he was suspended by Kansas City, his former team, over alleged child abuse allegations but was reinstated after he pleaded his innocence and a district attorney determined there was insufficient evidence to prove he had broken Zev’s arm.
Hill cemented his superstar status with a 2023 season for the ages, finishing with an NFL-leading 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns before Miami lost to the Chiefs in the AFC Wild Card Game.
But it was also a turbulent year off the field for Hill as well.
The athlete suffered a major house fire, became embroiled in paternity suits with multiple women, and filed to divorce wellness influencer Keeta Vaccaro, 28, just months after marrying, only to withdraw the petition days later, claiming it was filed without his knowledge.
More recently, he was hauled from his McLaren supercar and bundled to the ground in a September 8 traffic stop that was caught on shocking police bodycam footage outside Hard Rock Stadium.
Hill opted against paying off a combined fine of $308 for careless driving and failing to wear a seatbelt and has vowed to prove his innocence at a trial.
